What is InvestAware?

InvestAware is an advanced financial analytics platform that uses artificial intelligence, machine learning, and real-time sentiment analysis to provide stock market predictions. Our goal is to empower retail investors with institutional-grade tools to make more informed decisions.

Is this financial advice?

Absolutely not. InvestAware is strictly a data analysis and informational tool. All predictions, analyses, and information provided are for educational and informational purposes only. The Service does not provide investment, financial, legal, tax, or any other professional advice. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Who is InvestAware for?

Our platform is designed for active retail investors, traders, and financial enthusiasts who want to leverage data-driven insights to supplement their existing research process. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our service. It's for anyone looking to gain analytical tools to support their investment research - not replace professional advice.

What are the risks of using InvestAware?

Important: All investment decisions carry inherent risks, including the potential for significant financial losses. Our predictions are based on historical data and algorithms that cannot account for unexpected market events, regulatory changes, or other unforeseen circumstances. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should never invest more than you can afford to lose and should always conduct independent research before making investment decisions.

Do you guarantee any results or profits?

No. InvestAware makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the achievement of profits, prevention of losses, accuracy of predictions, or any specific investment outcomes. Stock market predictions involve inherent uncertainties that cannot be fully anticipated by any algorithm. All accuracy percentages and performance metrics represent past performance only and do not indicate future results.

Predictions & Technology

How do the AI predictions work?

Our prediction model is a proprietary ensemble of machine learning algorithms (including Random Forest and Gradient Boosting). It analyzes thousands of data points, including historical price action, technical indicators, financial report data, and real-time sentiment analysis from news articles and social media, to forecast potential stock price movements. However, these are predictions and opinions, not guarantees.

How accurate are the predictions?

Our models have demonstrated accuracy in historical backtesting, but past performance does not guarantee future results. The market is inherently unpredictable and subject to unexpected events, regulatory changes, and other factors that no algorithm can fully anticipate. We provide confidence scores based on historical data, but these are not guarantees of success. Market conditions can change rapidly, rendering previous predictions obsolete.

What data sources do you use?

We utilize data from various sources including: third-party news APIs (Google News API), publicly available financial market data, historical stock prices and volume, public company financial reports and filings, economic indicators, and sentiment analysis from public sources. While we use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure data quality, we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of external data sources.

How often is the data updated?

Market data and predictions are updated in near real-time, with a refresh cycle of approximately 15 minutes during active market hours. However, data availability depends on third-party providers and may be subject to delays or interruptions beyond our control.

Can I rely solely on InvestAware predictions for trading?

No. You should never rely solely on our predictions for investment decisions. Our service provides analytical tools and information to supplement your research, not replace it. You must conduct independent investigation, consider your risk tolerance and financial circumstances, and ideally consult with qualified financial professionals before making investment decisions.

What happens if predictions are wrong?

Predictions can and will be wrong - this is the nature of market forecasting. InvestAware is not liable for any financial losses, damages, or adverse consequences resulting from investment decisions based on our predictions. All investment decisions are made entirely at your own risk and responsibility.

Account & Subscription

What subscription plans do you offer?

We offer several subscription tiers with different features and pricing, including monthly and annual options. Current pricing is displayed on our Pricing Page and may be changed at InvestAware's sole discretion with appropriate notice.

Who can create an account?

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, and not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws. You must also comply with all local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access until then. You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods after cancellation.

What happens if I violate the terms of service?

InvestAware reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or restrict your access immediately and without prior notice for violations including: breaching terms, payment failures, fraudulent or illegal conduct, violating laws, attempting to circumvent security measures, or actions that harm InvestAware or other users. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for fees incurred prior to termination.

Am I responsible for my account security?

Yes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify InvestAware of any unauthorized use or security breaches. InvestAware is not liable for losses arising from your failure to protect your account information.

Billing & Payments

How does billing work?

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. Your payment method will be automatically charged at the then-current subscription rate, plus applicable taxes. You authorize InvestAware to store your payment information and charge it automatically upon renewal.

What is your refund policy?

No Refunds: All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. No partial or full refunds will be issued for unused subscription time, dissatisfaction with the Service, predictions, or any other reason. InvestAware may, in its sole discretion, provide refunds in cases of demonstrated technical failures or extraordinary circumstances that prevent access for extended periods.

What happens if my payment fails?

If payment cannot be processed (insufficient funds, expired payment method, etc.), InvestAware may: suspend or restrict your access immediately, terminate your account, charge late fees as permitted by law, pursue collection through legal means, or report delinquent accounts to credit agencies. You must maintain a valid payment method and ensure timely payments.

Can subscription prices change?

Yes. InvestAware reserves the right to modify subscription prices, add new fees, or change existing fees at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material price changes by email. Price changes take effect on your next billing cycle after the notice period. If you don't agree to price changes, you may cancel before the new price takes effect.

What about taxes?

You are responsible for determining and paying any applicable taxes, duties, or governmental charges related to your use of the Service. All fees are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated. If InvestAware is required to collect taxes, such amounts will be charged to your payment method or you will be invoiced.

What if I dispute a charge or file a chargeback?

You must contact InvestAware customer support within 30 days of any charge you wish to dispute. Important: Initiating a chargeback with your financial institution without first attempting to resolve the matter with InvestAware may result in immediate and permanent account termination. InvestAware reserves the right to dispute chargebacks and pursue recovery of associated costs and fees.

Security & Privacy

Is my personal and financial data secure?

We take data security seriously and use bank-grade encryption (SSL/TLS) for all data in transit and at rest. Personal information is stored in access-controlled databases, and we comply with data protection regulations like GDPR and CCPA. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We do not store sensitive brokerage login information.

What personal information do you collect?

Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. We may collect usage data, analytics, and information about how you use the Service to improve functionality and develop new features. This data may be aggregated and anonymized for research and business intelligence purposes.

Do you connect to my brokerage account?

We are developing secure, read-only API integrations with major brokerages for portfolio tracking. This functionality will not grant us trading access to your account. Any brokerage integrations will be clearly disclosed and require your explicit consent.

Who owns the intellectual property of the Service?

All content, algorithms, machine learning models, software code, trademarks, and other intellectual property of the Service are owned exclusively by InvestAware and protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws. You receive only a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You cannot reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works.

What about my user-generated content?

By submitting content to the Service, you grant InvestAware a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content in connection with operating the Service. This license survives termination of your account.

Support & Disputes

How do I get technical support?

You can contact our support team via email at support@investaware.us, through our contact form, or by phone at (214) 541-2684. For billing disputes, you must contact us within 30 days of the charge in question.

What if the Service is unavailable or has technical issues?

While we strive for reliable service, InvestAware is not liable for service interruptions, delays, technical failures, or data loss. The Service is provided "as available" without guarantees of continuous, uninterrupted operation. We may provide refunds in cases of extended outages at our sole discretion, but this is not guaranteed.

Can InvestAware modify or discontinue the Service?

Yes. InvestAware reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or cease offering the Service or any features at any time without notice or liability. We may also refuse service to any user for any reason. Upon termination, we may delete your account and data without liability.

What happens in case of Force Majeure events?

InvestAware is not liable for failures or delays due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, network failures, strikes, or other Force Majeure events. Our performance obligations are excused for the duration of such events.

How do I report prohibited conduct or abuse?

If you encounter users engaging in illegal activities, violating terms, transmitting malware, attempting unauthorized access, or other prohibited conduct, please contact us immediately at legal@investaware.us. We take violations seriously and may terminate accounts for such behavior.
